Okay so I know Drampa is like 9 feet tall so the size may be a little off. Otherwise though I spent longer than I should have on this and I really hope you enjoy it! Drampa is the new "dragon grandpa" pokemon revealed today. and I love it so much
I tried to go for a rainy scene here to have it look like the Drampa was sheltering the Rockruff from the rain. It's supposed to be a park setting, since the dragon's dex entry says it is often seen around parks. And for the river thingy, it's a sidewalk. That's why there aren't any water splashes on it. just to avoid confusion
That weirdly green bush back there is a mistake on my part but I didn't have anymore time to get rid of it heh let's just say it's a sneaky oddish.

The mood if the piece is so well done! The only thing I'd say about it is that the rain looks too uniform. Im not a rain expert, but something about it looks off. Maybe make the slashes longer every now and again, and have them more spaced out in places?
